Day Trip - Great Ocean Road.

Oh myyyy....~~ I left not much time in Melbourneee~
57 days in Melbourne. I thought I will have much time to tidy up all my photossss ~
but who knows.. my times are not enough for me to use..LOL!

I gonna share about my day trips in Gread Ocean Road today~
I had signed up for day trips last few weeks.. from ExtraGreen, which is a local travel agency..
In fact, I was wanted to book for Phillip Island and Great Ocean Road day trips.. but there is a Chinese-conducted-package which was just AUD138 per person for three tourist spots, which including Phillip Island (AUD72), Great Ocean Road (AUD45* Weekend Special) they charged AUD69 for weekday and Gold Trail (AUD80).. So, I decided to book the three places in a package as it seemed save me lots! =D

Along the journey to Great Ocean Road, we stopped by few amazing scenery spots, such as 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and Gibson Steps! The scenery are really awesome! I just can say that nothing can beat the beauty of nature! =D

the first station.. we stopped at Anglesea!
the day before the trip we were still worrying about the weather as weather forecast (checking weather is a must do homework everyday when you stay in Melbourne as there could be cold in the morning; extremely hot in the afternoon and extremely cold at night! emotional weather in Melbourne) showed there will be cloudy and shower in the afternoon..but when we reached Anglesea, we can see the sky is blue!we were so happy that we got a blue sky for the Great Ocean Road trip as it gonna be a sightseeing trip! we scare bad weather will ruin our trip.. Luckily it didn't disappoint us! =D

and after 2hours + journey from city.. we finally reached the entrance (i think should call it entrance? maybe?) anyway.. we finally see the sign board which written Great Ocean Road! =D

the seaside that beside the entrance of Great Ocean Road! All the bays looked so prettayyy! how good if we could travel there by our own car~ then we can spend more time on these sceneriessss! =)

On the way to Apollo Bay.. the driver is so kind.. put us by the roadside for photosss! it's just 5 mins break.. but still.. our driver is so niceeee ~ =)

Due to the time restrict.. we just had one hour to eat and take pic by the seaside.. So, we did not have time to choose the cafe one by one.. and we had done research on which cafe is nice.. but.. when we reached there.. it was fulled.. and we had to choose another cafe, which is Wickens Delicatessen & Provedore.. We were attracted by its menu~ =) the breakfast menu looks so yumm~
we ordered a hot choco.. which is not as sweet as the normal hot choco~ =) and its rich choco taste~ just feel so in love with the hot choco =)

simple yet delicious =)
the mushroom and spinach with tartare sauce with a roasted-bread.

and this! love the pouched eggs with the bread!

and we did silly action in the restaurant again. we put tripod and selfie on the walkway.. feel so embarrassed, but it's so fun! =D

and we left 10mins to walk to the beach~~
and the dark cloud was comingggg~~ and it turned shower~~
so.. here can prove that the weather is emotional in Melbourne.. ><
that morning was still bright blue sky.. when comes to afternoon.. cloudy..

and the worst had come.. when we ran into the bus.. the rain turn heavier..><"
and strong wind keep attacking..><"
when we reach Gibson Steps, the rain still haven't stop..
but the tour guide ask us to wait for awhile as he said the rain wont take long.. and gonna stop soon.. =)
and yes, it was not that heavy, but still shower and we ran down to the bus to take few pics..
oh my.. the wind was so strong and the sky was so gloomyyy...
and this is the only pic at Gibson Steps..

After the Gibson Steps.. here we go.. Twelve Apostles!
finally it turned a bit sunny when we reached there~ fyi, the distance between Gibson Steps and Twelve Apostle is just not more than 5 mins drive.. another prove for emotional Melbourne weather!

yup.. these are the rocks which are famous at Twelve Apostle.

Am so glad that it turned into blue sky when we were there =)

Helicopter riding also provided at Twelve Apostle, it is AUD90 per person..
but, it had been cancelled due to the strong wind..
or else we can see the scenery from the sky~

Our last station, Loch Ard Gorge.

found this notice here..  bush fire will happen easily during summer~
as their summer can reach 40++ degrees and cause bush fire~
So, becareful when visit to these places during Summer~

and.. end of the trip~
overall trip is quite fun.. the weather is not bad as most of the places were in sunny! =)

Behind the scene!
you might think that why I kept on saying it's strong wind yet my photos all looked so neat? here comes the answer~~~

the wind was really strong and our messy hair keep hitting on our faces.. ><"

video taken at 12 Apostle.. strong wind~~

super strong wind at Loch Ard Gorge.. I cant even hold my camera firmly.. ><"

the upcoming trip.. will b the most exciting trip!
